One of the charms of Tobe ware is its hand-painted designs, but what makes Nagato’s style so special is that her brushwork is so adorable and dainty, yet her creativity shows a strong presence. Her “Zogan-footed” all-purpose cup, whose base appears to be a grind stone, is an unmatched work of excellence and one of the most popular pieces at the Cafe.
